I had a massage in January 2026, and advised provider I was with Bupa at that time. I was provided with a receipt with the relevant Bupa provider number but when I went to claim, Bupa advised me that the provider ceased to be recognised by Bupa in December 2025. Massage was fine, but obviously it’s frustrating that I wasn’t informed that the provider was no longer recognised by Bupa before I paid for the service. I’d recommend checking that the provider is recognised by your health fund before paying for the service if you intend to make a claim for remedial massage.
That was one of the best massages I’ve had. Really great pressure. They found all the right spots that needed work .
Got the head neck and shoulder massage and was very satisfied with my results. They even gave me a foot towel and "warmed up" my whole body to begin with. Very professional. Will definitely be back.
I've had a back injury for a number of years. I have been getting treatment here for a few years now and I have found the premises very clean, comfortable and the staff to be professional and knowledgeable in the craft. The owner, Annita, has been working wonders with my back.
I have been here 4 times now, each time I have seen Pai. She is amazing! Some of the best massages I’ve ever had. Can’t thank her enough!
