I would recommend this meditation method to everyone I know ! This has been the investment I have ever done for myself. The truth is nothing worth having comes easy. The Austin Meditation Center is a great way to spend your time. It's a freeing experience allowing me to let go of obsessive thoughts that used to burden me. I started attending around Covid when I felt so isolated. They were offering various Zoom meditation meetings. Now I no longer live inside my head. I'm more tolerant to people, places and things. Try it and it will change the way you see your life.
I started going to the Austin Meditation Center when my anxiety was at it's peak. I could not sleep, I had no will to live and my physical health was deteriorating, so I decided to give meditation a try as my last hope. Lia, the meditation guide, has been encouraging and reassuring me throughout my meditation journey, and I’ve found peace. If someone has a struggling relationship with family, friends, or people around, I highly recommend Austin Meditation Center. I started to practice meditation at the center because I had struggled with a relationship with my family. I live in Houston, TX; therefore, the meditation session has been virtual most time. It is no difference between being at the center or via zoom. Also, it is convenient and efficient that I can meditate at home or office. In addition, the helpers at the center treat me as family and sincerely want me to have a stress-free life in any relationship, environment, or situation. Please come and try. You would love it.
