A quick search showed that Austin’s Furniture Outlet carried the same set, and when we called, a friendly employee offered to have one of the pieces shipped to their store for a small, refundable deposit so we could check the comfort and build quality ourselves. A few days later, they called to say it had arrived. Don’t expect a fancy showroom — it’s a straightforward, warehouse-style furniture store focused on service, not flash. The staff were refreshingly honest, zero pressure, and immediately showed us the sample piece. When we decided to buy the set, they quoted a price significantly lower than the big furniture chain store. Delivery was quick, the furniture arrived in factory packaging, and when it was found that one arm had a cosmetic defect, they corrected it promptly at no cost. That kind of service is rare these days. If you’re shopping for furniture in Austin, you should make Austin’s Furniture Outlet the last stop before you buy anywhere else. We’ll definitely be back for our next furniture purchase.
