Received a top-notch interior and exterior car wash. The manager, Isaiah, was super professional and thorough. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back again and again or again.
First visit here in a while. First shock was price point, $49 for the managers special ( I think I saw another option at $69.) I was the only car there getting interior done and while one of the lads spent extra time on getting smudges off windscreen the other was not as detailed. Driving home I noticed back window only partially cleaned and sand still in trunk that wasn’t vacuumed. I understand that location has a new car wash place open close to it but it does not warrant the price hike. The other place is external wash only and you vacuum and clean your own interior. For almost double the price the auto bell difference is they will do the interior for you. So for $60, manger special plus tip I got an okay job that i completed once home.
I went to this location this afternoon. The employee explained manager special for 55$ so this what I went with. The gentleman whom detailed my car for 55$ and a 12$ tip left my windows with nothing smears front, back and sides...the dirt wasn't even off the back window.The dashboard still dust all over the passenger side. The trunk had dirt still under it when you open the truck. I am so annoyed that I spent 67$ and that's including the tip I gave him. To have paid all that money and my car windows and dashboard are still dirty!! I'll never return to an Autobell this location or any other.
Firsts time ever going to a AUTOBELL and I was quiet suppressed at the level of service. Very intentive and highly motivated with smiles on there faces even with the Sub-Zero tempatire. I used the restroom facilities and they were spotless and smelled clean. I noticed vending machines for guest waiting for there cars in a warm comfortable environment. It was nice to see that it's family owned and seems to be doing well as I see multiple locations over the Southside Hampton Roads. Keep up the great work 💯💪
I came here years ago and remember having a very subpar experience. Enough for me to say, "I won't be back." Against my gut- I decided to give AutoBell another chance today, and I regret even giving them a second thought. The initial young man who greeted me was very friendly and set me up with what I *thought* I needed- a $44 package - Interior & Exterior. I watched them as they worked, and they were more focused on talking to each other than actually using their eyeballs to look at what they were doing/wiping. Extremely poor work ethic. I've attached photos of my vehicle AFTER they "cleaned" it. I came home and immediately fixed/redid damn near everything they did. Absolutely ZERO value. This time, you've lost me as a customer for good.
