- Quick response (picked up my call late in the evening, was able to fit me in the very next morning) - Quality and efficient Mobile Detail Service (got message notifications on arrival, respectful when meeting and talking through scope, finished leaving the car spotless and shiny, made sure I was happy and took care of a couple little spots I requested before leaving) Had my car shipped down to FL and didnt know anyone down here, saw B&S was local and had a lot of positive reviews, thanks again team!
Scheduled me two weeks in advance, came out on a Sunday, Notified me when on the way, professional look, professional attitude, professional work! Thank you Skyler will definitely be using you for all my personal and company vehicles in the future!
I wanted to give Skyler and the crew a five star review because I think they put genuine effort into ensuring a good customer experience, but the actual services rendered were lacking in my honest opinion. I had two services done and I’ll discuss both. The first was an interior and exterior detail. I posted pictures of areas that were missed on the initial interior detail. To his credit, Skyler came out within a day of me contacting him, and all of the pictured marks and dirt came off nearly instantly. It was explained to me that these areas were missed because the lighting was difficult when they were cleaning the car. In hindsight, that seems odd given that this is a mobile detailing operation, this should be planned for. When Skyler came out to take care of the interior issues, he offered me a great deal on a ceramic coating- the second service. It was explained that the paint prep process would take care of paint imperfections that were on my car. I pointed out a few problem areas individually and was assured that they would be gone if I booked this service. This ended up not being the case. Skyler said that these areas were too deep in the paint and would have costed more to remove than his initial quote. He said he’d come back out to take care of them at no cost to me when I complained, but there doesn’t appear to be any improvement to my eye. My text to Skyler went unreturned so, to be perfectly frank, I have no idea if this follow-up appointment was honored at all. Overall, I can’t recommend this operation. I found that during both services the initial work bordered on sloppy and lacked attention to detail. I also didn’t appreciate being sold a ceramic coating by being promised that marks on my paint would be taken care of- but ultimately weren’t. If I was going to invest in a ceramic coating again, I’d spend the extra money and go to a brick and mortar operation. EDIT: After I posted this review, Skyler decided to contact me. After he repeatedly lied about his promise that the paint prep would remove the spots on my paint, I decided to block him. A sincere apology would have went a long way with me, but I certainly don't appreciate being lied to. That is wildly unprofessional. I'll leave the two-star review intact, despite Skyler claiming it wasn't "fair".
Absolutely phenomenal service from B&S Auto Detailing! I called to get my boyfriend’s truck done for his birthday. Luckily they had an opening on the day of. Every detail was spotless – from the deep-cleaned mats to the shiny exterior. You can tell they take real pride in their work. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. I especially appreciated their clear communication and fair pricing. I appreciated how they have me a time frame of their arrival. Highly recommend B&S to anyone looking to give their vehicle a true refresh and or a great birthday gift!
