5 stars! I just finished my first one on one session at this gym with Coach Gesus and I’m absolutely blown away! This place is spotless, super organized, and the layout is honestly gorgeous. Everything flows perfectly and it never feels crowded. What really set it apart for me was the amenities: IV therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and many more options! It’s really like a luxury spa disguised as a gym! I already want to go back. But Gesus was the highlight, so friendly, high-energy and genuinely invested in helping me reach my full potential. I first met him Thanksgiving morning during one of his free circuit training sessions. He’s amazing at holding you accountable while building your confidence every step of the way. I’m so impressed that I had to sign up for his Relentless 60 challenge! I can’t wait to see the transformation over the next two months. If you’re looking for personalized training in an upscale, supportive environment, this is the place and Gesus is your guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Coach Baby Gesus is intentional about strength training and conditioning. He is results driven, attentive and very effective as a coach. I was able to notice my body responding well in a short amount of time. After only 2 months, I’m starting to hit my goal to gain more muscle definition. Although he is easy to work with, he pushes me to my limit and doesn’t allow me to quit on myself. He is the perfect coach for me!
Baby Gesus is The Best there could be!!! Started training with him toward the end of 2023 once a week in Dallas tx, nothing to extreme. I started of nervous and self conscious.. after my first training session Baby Gesus lit a flame in me that I never knew I had within me. I became an athlete thanks to him. Baby Gesus gives you all the tools you need to succeed in your fitness journey. He just isn’t any basic trainer, he builds strong women, and has created a community which I have come to call my FAMILY!!! If you’re looking for a trainer or coach look no further! I’ve been working with Baby Gesus Training for a little over a month now and can already see / feel the difference. He started hosting a few community workout classes that brought together a group of accountability partners for me to stay motivated in the gym. While his 1:1 training sessions are challenging, his expertise and knowledge has made me feel more comfortable in the gym. I have been able to work on my weight lifting form as well as knowing when I can push myself to add more weight. And most importantly, he is able to make going to the gym fun. Definitely recommend his training sessions. You won’t regret it!
