I called Steve about fixing an audio system in a Civic. He got me in the next day whereas other places couldn’t get me in for a month. He and his Co-worker were very personable, walked me through the whole process, and got me out within thirty minutes. Rather than service alone, they both went above and beyond and really helped me out. If you’re considering checking these guys out, just do it.
Customer Service doesn't get any better then Steve Bailey and Marcus. These two are so knowledgeable and caring. Excellent work on my 93 Chrysler wiring, unbelievable. If you need radios, electrical, and many other specialties they have to offer please trust me go see Bailey. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve and Marcus you kept me from crying today. lol
