Extremely pleased with the roof replacement job done last week by Baker Home Exteriors. From the start with their estimate, which wasn't the lowest, but was explained in detail as to the cost, (which was not by the other bidders), to the end with their clean-up (which was very thorough), this was an excellent experience. They coordinated and worked with other contractors for us, as we had solar panel removal involved. They were transparent and thorough. Great folks to work with and glad I made this choice.

Joe Claffee Was great from the beginning with an on point estimated and a sincere and accurate estimate. He sold me on the reasons why Baker Roofing should be the company I should use. After getting three previous estimates from other roofers this is the only one that felt right. I prayed about is and decided to use Baker. Chris Hall was my project manager along with Antonio serving as my crew lead. Chris kept me updated on the process, and the progress, my roof was completed in one day. Both Chis and Antonio are excellent leaders and very organized. They were both friendly solution oriented, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use or refer Baker now and in the future, Guy's kudos to a job well done. Thanks!.
I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and the overall experience from start to finish with Baker Home. The entire team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Joe Claffee was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every option in detail so I could make the best decision for my home. Joe also worked directly with our insurance provider to ensure everything was documented appropriately. Once the project began, Chris Hall kept everything running smoothly and on schedule — his communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Bakers Home really did an excellent job for my home. Joe Claffee came out to inspect our roof and gutters. He went into great detail of all that was needed to be changed out and why. No hidden fees. The team that came out were quick and precise, along with cleanliness once the task was complete. Once the roof and gutters had been completed, Jonathan (project manager) came back out for a final inspection to ensure everything was done correctly. I really enjoyed my experience with this company from start to finish. We had been quoted through other companies and none others were as thorough as Bakers Home was. I would definitely recommend this company to all of my family and friends!
