I had one of the best massages ever at Balance Day Spa! Olivia was incredible! I felt so relaxed and comfortable. My first visit but will definitely not be my last.
Received the ‘bliss recharge’ package as a gift for Christmas and couldn’t be happier. The spa is clean, beautiful, and well thought out. My massage was fantastic, my facial was amazing, and my nails (mani/pedi) look great! I walked out very relaxed which is just what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and so good at what they do!
Massages are good and pedicures are great!! This is their new building. I liked the setup in the older building that they had because the ambience was better.
It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had Olivia for a massage and she was lovely. I highly recommend. Afterwards we enjoyed the use of the sauna, steam room and shower. It was nice to spend a couple of hours relaxing. There were relaxing rooms with coffee and relaxing music. Everything was clean and the staff are so friendly. I would love to come again. It was a nice treat to surprise my daughter coming in from California. My youngest also enjoyed the mani/pedi because she was too young for the massage.
Balance day spa always provides a magical experience!! They make you feel special, cared for, and respected. Getting a massage or facial can be an intimate scenario and they always provide the most respectful care. Vanessa provided me with a fantastic massage. I called it the Vanessa Special because it was just for me! She really cares about her clients and it shows in her work. I will always choose Vanessa as my masseuse Kristin gave me a wonderful facial! It was relaxing and rejuvenating! I also received a wonderful pedicure and manicure during my visit! Thanks again for great service Balance!
