The best experience I had out of the 5-6 places I tried on dresses. I found the dress the first time I came, but came again, and both times I had the best Stylist, Jaley. She was so helpful and nice. They had a variety of styles and price ranges, which I appreciated. We were able to put clips on the dresses we liked, and she would pull them, and we would try them on. The whole process was fantastic and seamless. The showroom was big and bright, so it was very easy to see how the dress looked. Jaley was able to help me make decisions, customize the sleeves, and make suggestions. All that I looked at was added to my profile, so we knew exactly what we had looked at and liked. It was the most personalized, positive experience I had while trying on dresses, and I found my dress!
It's hard to know if it was more because of the vision of the owner behind the scenes of Baley's Bridal or our personal experience with our guide there 'Stephanie' that was the bigger factor in a really special experience! Stephanie brought so much joy, fun and expertise into the process and was not at all daunted by our fatigue at that point. 'Say yes to the dress' was also made possible by the seamstress on site who is an expert, and who understood the needs. Highly recommend this business!
Highly recommend! They have great selections from all different price range. Desiree was very sweet and patience. Not only did she help answer all of our questions, she also made the experience full of laughter and smiles. She went out of her way to also make sure we got great photos and videos. Cindy was also amazing! She helped work with our budget and reassure us with all of our needs/wants. She gave great suggestion to make sure you look/feel the prettiest.
5 stars all around!!! These ladies are absolutely wonderful! I found my beautiful wedding dress within no time. I have to give a big thanks to Sharon! She was amazing and knew what direction we were going just by describing what I wanted in each dress I tried on. Found the dress of my dreams thanks to Sharon! Thank you ladies for my first ever bridal dress experience being amazing & wonderful!
I wholeheartedly recommend Baley's Bridal! My experience was wonderful and my stylist, Stephanie, was most definitely the reason why. Stephanie was very welcoming from the start. She was informative about the process and made my party and I feel comfortable. Stephanie was kind and respectful, and so patient with all of my try-ons and dress pick requests. If it weren't for Stephanie, I would not have found my dress. She listened and cataloged my likes and dislikes, she watched what I admired about each dress and made suggestions based on what I looked for and appreciated in dresses I had tried on. Her amazing skills are what led me to say yes to the dress! 🥰🥂🍾
