Brent, the excellence of execution -hands down, best trainer I ever had. I utilize his semi private sessions , in which he utilizes multiple training styles and equipment to get you a full body burn. It never remains static. Some days are high rep, some are core, some are heavy compound lifts and some are further permutations of these. I workout with great people, never crowded and Brent puts his effort and wisdom to custom tailor to your need and/or injury in the rotation. He is very mindful of proper form, maximizing results , and warm-ups/stretching. Brent is a master of his craft , constantly studying new and perfecting exercises. I have been with him for a month , body fat has dropped and I am stronger and body feels more intact than ever before. He keeps you accountable. Brent is thoughtful and intuitive. My Workout Journey Reflecting on where I stand today and the reasons behind my commitment to showing up, staying consistent, and taking charge of my health and overall fitness brings me clarity. I have an incredible eight-year-old daughter. No one else can instill in her the principles, values, integrity, and cross-cultural foundations that I hold dear. I need to be present for her because I know she is destined for greatness. As a leader, I also recognize that setting strong foundations and objectives for my teams goes beyond strategy and direction. It's about demonstrating that mental, emotional, and physical well-being are critical to achieving success and fostering growth. God calls us to step out of our comfort zone and into our strength zone. With that in mind, I strive to better my best each and every day. Brent has been more than just my personal trainer—he has truly been my accountability partner. On this journey, having someone who ensures that you’re showing up for yourself is invaluable, especially since it’s far from easy. As a mom, it’s all too common to lose focus, get distracted, feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or frustrated with your commitment and progress. Brent has been there for me—calling and texting to check in if I miss a session. That kind of support, having someone show up for you when you lack the strength to show up for yourself, is something I deeply appreciate. I’ve been consistently rising at 5:30 AM and making it to train by 6:30 AM. If you’re looking to start or elevate your health journey, I highly recommend reaching out to Brent. I've been training with Brent for a little over 2 months and have nothing but positive things to say! He is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever met. I am not, by any means, a fit person, and very well have a long journey ahead of me. However, Brent is so accommodating and doesn’t make me feel less than when I am only able to do 5-10lb weights when everyone else is doing 5x that! He keeps me motivated and inspired. Additionally, I recently had an accident and had to take a few weeks off. He has taken every accommodation for me to make sure my back is safe and I am still able to workout while protecting my body! I am so thankful that I found Brent! I can't recommend Brent enough. He is great for any level of ability!
I have nothing but great things to say about Everlasting Changes! They provided a great facility, an incredible exercise program, diet and nutrition guidance, and Trainers that are unmatched. They are truly exceptional and get results. The 6 week challenge my wife and I just completed was exactly what we needed and Everlasting Changes was the best choice for us.
