Matt just saved our kitchen! My husband discovered water leaking out from under our fridge. One quick call to Matt and he was able to come out same day and take care of it. Matt was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. He does quality work and doesn’t mark up job supplies. Work was scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently (less than a week total for 2 projects) at a reasonable price. He made safety a priority when unforeseen hiccups came up in the job. A simple garbage disposal install turned into a fairly large electrical issue and Matt was quick to pivot and fix it to his standard. He kept me updated as the issue arose and thoroughly explained the issue at hand. I didn’t feel like he was trying to one up me as a woman not knowing much about handy work. Additionally, his team member Peter installed a new wax ring and toilet in record time. Will keep Matt and his company in mind for future projects.
Matt has completed two projects in my home. Neither of which proved to be the most straightforward. However, he is so knowledgeable and skilled that I had absolutely no concern as to whether or not the projects would be done successfully. His work truly speaks for itself. I appreciate not having to worry about if a project will be done correctly and to my satisfaction. I also appreciate his honesty and transparency regarding the estimated costs. Overall, Matt is extremely professional and I would recommend him many times over.
I called Matt on Sunday & we made arrangements to meet the very next day which was a holiday. Matt was professional & absolutely pleasant. Matt replaced door hinges on both my bathroom & basement doors. He was efficient. reasonable, & did an awesome job.
