Banner Physical Therapy in Old Town Scottsdale has the best Therapist. Cole was awesome and he listened to me. I like a Therapist who listen and shows concern about my pain and health. The whole staff was very nice and friendly. Michelle is awesome she sends out reminders for each session. I recommend this location for your physical therapy
Banner Physical Therapy has been amazing for me. Nick is the guy you want working with you. He knows what he’s doing, he actually listens, and he doesn’t treat you like just another person on the schedule. Every time I go in, I leave feeling better and actually making progress. He’s patient, thorough, and genuinely cares. And Michelle at the front desk is the best! She keeps everything running smooth, she’s so friendly, funny and she just makes the whole place feel welcoming. You can tell she really cares. The whole team here is fantastic 10/10 recommend
If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Earlier this year I actually went around interviewing rehab businesses knowing I would need rehab after several hip surgeries, complicated by other health issues. I knew from previous experience, most other rehab businesses only allow you 15 to 20 mins with the therapist and then, the rest of your time is with ever changing helpers, which is very inconsistent care. I met with Cole and he suggested Nick Parker would be a good fit; and he was. Here at Banner Physical Therapy, Old Town Scottsdale- you get care by your therapist for the better part of an entire hour, usually shared with one other person. This makes the care much more consistent and helpful. Nick Parker was my primary PT person and he was amazing at getting me from pretty much zero to being able to function at almost 100%. I will be forever grateful:) I have since referred a family member to this business and they were equally impressed with their rehab. If I need additional rehab; this is the only place I would consider. I Highly recommend Nick Parker and all the people at Banner Physical Therapy-Old Town Scottsdale. I felt like each person working there wanted to help each and every client, were knowledgeable, professional and kind. Good Luck.
Best PT office ever and I’ve been to many! From Michele who greats you at the front to the most knowledgable friendly patient therapists. I came for serious lower back issues and Cole went way beyond my expectations! He knew about my problems and how to treat them. I am showing so much progress. Jack is amazing as well and makes sure I stay on track. I love how he’s able to answer any of my questions. I’ve worked with Emily as well. I cannot say enough about the therapists or the entire experience. I look forward to my appointments just to spend time with these amazing intelligent professional folks and to learn more and more about my body every visit! If you have any kind of spine issue - do yourself a huge favor and come see Banner PT in Old Town!! Let them know you read my review!!
I was referred to Banner Physical Therapy after my MRI when I asked who specializes in spine injuries, and I’m so glad I ended up at this Old Town Scottsdale location. I was rear-ended in a car accident and needed specialized care, and from my first visit, I knew I was in the right hands. Nick, my physical therapist, is amazing…compassionate, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about spine rehabilitation and recovery. He listens, customizes each session, and makes sure I understand what we’re doing and why. I’ve also worked with other therapists in the office, and they’ve all been wonderful. The environment is calm and never overcrowded, so I always feel like I’m getting real, focused attention. Michelle at the front desk is awesome… welcoming, organized, and makes scheduling super easy. And the music they play? Always a good vibe! I actually look forward to my appointments, which says a lot. If you’re recovering from a spine injury, car accident, or need personalized rehabilitation, this is absolutely the place to go.
