The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. The removal of the head staples for the patient went smoothly and was painless. We called before going to check the wait time and it was zero so we immediately headed over.
Staff was very attentive to my needs. I was following up on my cold that was not getting better and they suggested I receive a CT scan to ensure nothing more severe was going on. I then transferred to ER and was taken care of.
As soon as we arrived to the location, the person at the front desk was not emphatic at all, was in a hurry, like rushing every answer and did not allowed me to give additional info I considered important to share about my daughter. I noticed that we were very close to the closing time, which made us feel that we were not welcomed. As a contrast, the nurse practitioner was very kind, understanding and explained carefully every detail of the test made and the results, as well as the treatment options, which I really appreciate, since my daughter was feeling really sick.
I took my son after work to get his physical done for school. The man who checked us in was pleasant as well as the PA who filled the forms. We did not wait very long and were treated politely the entire time. I did not know this location existed and I will be returning if we ever need urgent care. Great service!
