***Edit from their reply, I will not be taking the offer up to get a free service but I appreciate the offer*** I’ve been getting sugared for almost ten years and my experience here was insane. Sugar and baby powder flying everywhere. Having to go home and pluck any hairs they couldn’t get because they “don’t offer that “ is terrible. I also had to wipe extra sugar off my legs and bikini from my Brazilian sugar. They also make you spray tonic on the sugared areas yourself. My whole Brazilian was done in 13 mins and so sloppy. Worst experience ever
Honestly, I almost never leave reviews but that was probably the best hair removal experience I’ve ever had. I typically get a wax, but the Brazilian sugaring was painless I don’t think I can ever go back. Allison was super easy to chat with and made me feel totally comfortable!
I have been seeing Cassi for the past 2 years or so for body sugaring, she does my Brazilian, legs, feet and under arms. She takes great care of me and makes sure she gets every little hair off! She’s super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable!
Unpaid parking available, consistent with direction and assistance, notifies of cancellations, smells excellent, is clean inside, bathroom by lobby, receptionist (Candace) is very kind and respectful of all people (I’m Anishinaabekwe). Great at confirming appointments trauma informed regarding consent.
