This is a very cozy Barnes and Nobles. The only real issue was parking because, well, it's Coral Gables. What do you expect? Once you find the staff they tend to be very helpful. As they're closing my Barnes and Nobles, it looks like this is going to be my new destination.
DO NOT interact with "shirley" she was EXTREMELY rude. I could not believe the sass I was getting for simply asking what the bathroom code was. I even already had purchased my books. Clearly I need to find a new bookshop to go back to just to make sure I never talk to this women again. 0/10 I cannot believe the look and condescending tone she gave me. They should honestly transfer or fire her.
E and my mom just had a wonderful experience thanks to Philip, he was compassionate. Kind. Hilarious. Intelligent. And exceeding anyone’s expectations when they go to B&N! Thank you Philip! You made the day so much brighter for us
Calm store with so many options and ideas for gifts. I could spend hours here browsing. In fact, I did just that. The staff were helpful in finding a book I went there for, but beyond that I had a peaceful time exploring.
This location has a kids section that is spacious for them, with a lot of options for books and toys. The toys section kept my toddler entertained. I gave it a 4 starts because the changing table in the women’s bathroom was broken on the floor. I had to leave early because I had to change my toddler.
