Friendly staff, pretty much the same collection and layout you'd see at any other Barnes & Noble around the country. Well spaced with the popular titles front and center when you walk in. Always crowded when I've visited. Small cafe inside. Right at the entrance of the mall.
This Barnes & Noble will always be my favorite. A huge Starbucks, so many books, as far as the eye could see. I always discover something new when I go in there. This place is huge, the other store by Jefferson point, not sure why they decided to get a much smaller store over there but this store will always be a favorite of mine!
I never knew i was a need for books until I walked into Barnes & Noble. Some may have a bad experience, but I was treated with professionalism. For that, I have to give them a 5 star rating. The old guy at the checkout. Was awesome.
This Barnes & Noble is one of our favorites. Their customer service is AWESOME! While we enjoy the entire team that works there, Izzy is one of our favorites. Izzy has helped us find things in store, she has ordered things for us, and she has given us excellent recommendations - all with such kindness and eagerness to help. We always have a great experience at this Barnes & Noble and know you will too. Be sure to ask for Izzy! :)
