Went in just for watch batteries and had such an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got exactly what I needed and then some! I would absolutely shop here again!
I bought two beautiful pieces from another place and they were unfortunately too small. They took one ring up 3.5 sizes and another up 4 sizes. They had them done in a fraction of the time they quoted and they were beautifully fixed and fit me perfect. The one that went up 4 sizes has many stones in it and they ensured all stones were tight and now I am able to confidently wear my pieces.
Ok good people let me share this gem with you all . I've been looking for a quality jewelry store in my local area which is northeast Jax. From the moment I hit the door Mrs April smile and greetings definitely made me feel comfortable. Now wait it gets even better Mrs Angela turned around and assisted me with my main issue for coming in which was a repair on a special chain. Never had i been apart from this piece they both assured me that it would be safe to leave for repairs. Corey who was doing the repair spent time with me and also assured me that I wouldn't have this issue again how amazing is that. Hold on Bryce came through with the details on what type of gold and stones I had and man I was shocked 😲. Beware people because I wasn't expecting that but im grateful that he was able to give me the correct information on my items. So this is the big bang how rare it is that the owner comes out and greets his customers ☝🏼🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽❤️🥰💓the misses too. Leaving this place made me feel like i had people that honestly care about my investments. Im locked in forever. Its christmas time and the sales are definitely worth it. Stop in i can assure you guys you won't regret it 🧚🏽♀️❤️

Bryce took care of me in the beginning he was great I really like that guy. April took care of me when my ring was finished. She was a lovely lady. I love Barnett at river city I’ll be back in two weeks when I get paid to find something for my daughter’s birthday. My ring fits perfect I’m very pleased !
