really enjoyed this shop today, an intelligent selection in their book offerings, good for deeper thinkers, you won't find run-of-the-mill selections, they curate, wonderful array of art books as well, great idea to have an upstairs gallery, i'll go back again
An astonishing, beautiful store. Josh helped us and he was so kind and lovely. I want every book and every work of art from every shelf. New favorite Houston bookstore for absolutely certain.
I absolutely loved this bookstore! They had a large selection of thought provoking books. Art gallery was closed due to a new exhibit being installed.
Really unique selection of books and poetry, I've found some really great gems here from independent authors you won't find at big box stores. And staff is very knowledgeable and create a warm inviting environment to linger for a bit and explore. It is so nice to have a local bookstore that puts such thought and care into their space and selection. Nestled nicely into the neighborhood with its own designated parking lot.
The main issue at this place is the lack of customer service; it's nonexistent. I prefer to support local businesses, so I decided to check it out after hearing positive things from friends. However, the clerk was too busy playing on his phone to offer any help. At this point, I think I'll just order the book on Amazon and save $10.
