Jordan was amazing. He listened to our needs. We were open to new ideas regarding color. He sent a hand written thank you note which we were very impressed. He followed up after delivery making sure we were happy and had no concerns. We would highly recommend Jordan to our family and friends
Jordan was amazing to deal with and knowledgeable . He didn’t bother us but was appropriately near by to answer questions . Bassets Furniture Quality impressed us . We wished we had purchased some of our other decor here . All though we didn’t buy this time we will look for Jordan when we come back . It was a very nice experience. Thank you 🙏
I was so thrilled to work with Robin J! We had such a fun time making selections for this lake condo. My theme was “Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at the Beach,” and she embraced it with the same level of enthusiasm that I had. I could not get the smile off of my face when the team showed up with our creation! Thank you for all of the help!
What a great experience. I am NOT a creative person but Robin definitely is. She came to the house and measured everything and gave me great options to choose from. She steered me in the right direction with fabrics, color, options etc. When items got delivered they were awesome. Even better than the mockups she provided. We worked together again to get a few accent pieces that finished off the room great. Many thanks to Robin for putting up with me and keeping me on the right track. I will be back for sure!
