Really wanted to work with this company but I barely received a response back after reaching out multiple times. I inquired through the site, called, and sent a email. I finally was told to call rose and had a brief call with her where I was quoted a minimum of 2k due to where I was located. Rose told me she would put a soft hold on my date/items needed. I had no issue with the minimum and even texted her pictures of my inspo and themes, and did not receive any response. ( I still haven’t) Thankfully I reached out to them far in advance and was able to find another event planner. Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend.
Had a last minute request for chairs and a large speaker and they were quick to respond to my inquiry. They sent over a quote and instructions on how to proceed with the rentals. Was able to complete quickly and seamlessly. As I am local was able to save a little by picking up and dropping off myself, which is appreciated. Will definitely be using in the future for party supply needs.

We've used Bay Area rentals twice this year and both times they were a pleasure to work with. We rented tables, chairs, linens and patio heating that was all clean and in great condition. They were accommodating with last minute requests and their prices can't be beat in the Bay Area.
