awesome little place!! i got my first betta in a long time from here and he was in great health. they have great setups and a wonderful variety of fish! the employees are also very helpful with every topic, and are very knowledgable! would highly recommend for anyone in the hobby
I was at this shop a few weeks ago with my son. He really liked the pearl gourami, and the price on the tank said $14.99. Expensive, but fair enough — we decided to get it. When the cashier rang it up, it came out to $24.35. I told him the posted price was $14.99 and asked why it rang up so much higher. He went to check, came back, and admitted the posted price was wrong. He apologized for the mistake but refused to honor the posted price. Honestly, I almost walked away, but my son was really attached, so I bought it anyway. I’m sharing this so other dads (and parents in general) know what to expect. I’m not asking for an apology or a refund — just hoping they do better for the next customer. Thanks.
The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a very unique selection. He made explaining some more advanced concepts of aquarium keeping quite interesting and accessible, and was able to make useful suggestions for persons of different skill levels. The fish all seemed healthy, cared for, and happy as well.
This place not only has the storefront but also on the SHOP App online sales too. Definitely is a game changer if you can’t make it in the store. The owner is always so helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, passionate and supportive thru anything in the hobby. Prices are always great compared to lot LFS. I’ve been coming here for years and all the fish/plants I’ve bought never disappoint. Super healthy and well taken care of. One of the few LFS that caters to all your aquarium wants/needs. Highly recommended place for all the hobby fish/plants/accessories. Thanks again will be back soon for more stuff soon!
Came to add some family members to my tanks long time survivor. They had exactly the size Cory I wanted for the tank. It's been a week and they're still happily exploring and mingling. I really wished I could have picked up some shrimps but definitely for the next visit.
