I do not recommend this company. They estimated it would take 4 days for my car to be repaired. They had it for more than 14 days. I received very little communication. I had to call in regularly to get a status update. Each time I would call in they'd tell me it wasn't ready and give me a new day for when it would be ready. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable.
I own a 1950 FORD classic businessman coupe. The starter quit working and so I called to have it towed here. I would like to give a big shout out to ET and his shop personnel for a great job well done. Highly recommend
I can’t say enough great things about E.T. and his team (Becca) and unfortunately, I don't remember our mechanics' name. They went above and beyond to get my Jeep up and running smoothly again. My husband had shared his positive experience with them years ago, long before we were married and I have to say, E.T. and his crew absolutely lived up to the reputation. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free while being out of country. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about their customers, but this team does. Highly recommend! Thank you! Gary and Jeffrey DiScala
I’ve made Bay Service & Collision Center my official go-to for anything I need for my car. They’re friendly, professional, quick, and close to home. Some of the local dealers are a bit much-Bay Service gets the job done-without the “too much”. Highly recommend
I’ve taken my car to Bay Service & Collision Center multiple times for both service and body work. They are always professional, friendly and very communicative. They do great work and I trust them. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Highly recommended!
