Great customer service experience at this car wash yesterday. It was unexpected to have someone onsite check, assist and explain at a self-serve car wash - but it was helpful and very much appreciated. The car wash itself was good quality -we used the automatic wash bay with brushes and the car looks great. A great option from Mayfield and other surronding areas, or anytime you're traveling through Kooragang.
Just had our car done on our way to Stockton. FLAWLESS service and enthusiam from staff. Genuinely cared about helping. Fantastic advice- i didnt even know I could remove parts of my car! Great clean and great start to 2026 returning to work.
Quick way to wash the car when I haven had an opportunity to do it. Came up well. Price was reasonable as well. Happy to use again if in a rush to get the car washed.
Quality Car Wash with a Surprising Level of Product Technology and Customer Experience. I washed my MG4 EV today and as it happened got chatting with either the owner of person in charge. Bay Wash do something extra with the cleaning and protecting agents that I wasn’t aware of and has actually countered a belief I’ve held for decades. I was in the Automotive Industry, in Sales of New Vehicles for decades… Whilst I felt strongly about providing value and integrity in an industry that’s not always known such virtues and priding myself on delivering these principles to my customers, I often felt somewhat guilty or felt obliged to pass on my personal judgment regarding (often expensive) Aftermarket Protection Products - I didn’t believe in their long term durability. I would see the Ceramic Shield protection products, they appeared watery to me, so I couldn’t see them still offering protection beyond the first Car Wash. In fact I recall saying exactly those words when asked if I recommend the product. That’s why I was actually amazed to hear from the Gentleman at Bay Wash on Kooragang that they in fact apply a Ceramic Shield type agent of product that’s applied during the wash cycle. This astonishing fact has effectively eliminated the issue I had with Dealership Paint Protection products and the concern over durability beyond using a Car Wash. Because at Bay Wash Kooragang, when you’re using the Automated Car Wash they actually apply that same type of product, thus giving you the same advantages from the moment you’ve finished the job exterior clean (and protection) of your car. For this value added extra feature, I cannot recommend Bay Wash enough. If you love your car - use Bay Wash Kooragang - 5 Stars *****
This car wash I far superior to its rivals. The owner is super helpful and always there to assist. It’s always a good experience. 5 stars all day.
