Huge thanks to Ari for resetting the password on my old laptop! I honestly thought I’d never get access again and had lost everything. The process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Ari was super friendly and helpful the whole time. 10/10 highly recommend this place!

TIMELY, EFFICIENT, AND HONEST! I needed my hinge and webcam cable assessed and repaired on my Asus Zenbook, and only had 4 days before leaving town. The team at BC Computers: - confirmed the timeline would be honoured, or that I could pick up my computer before I left - were in touch with updates via email, asking consent before continuing with a task, and listing the price/risk/back up plan if alternative steps needed to be taken - texted with me when they weren’t able to answer my phone call, and were clear with communicating the diagnostic issues in a way I would understand - were able to give alternative options to stay within a budget limit, and problem solve different solutions to be most cost-effective Overall, very grateful for the service provided, my concerns were resolved, and all of it done in a timely manner with clear communication. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you!
