After dealing with the absolute bottom-of-the-barrel service typical of this industry, Stephanie M. at Beach Break Insurance was a breath of fresh air. I previously dealt with an unresponsive Allstate agent on Palm and several other brokers who were seemingly unable to return phone calls or answer basic questions about regional fire zones and coverage mechanics. Stephanie didn’t change my low opinion of the insurance industry, but she proved she is the exception to it. She is a true professional working at a level far above the 'sewage standard' I encountered elsewhere. A true human in a sea of people just waiting to go home, she even took time during her dinner to ensure my policies were active before my previous coverage lapsed. She provided expert advice on my upcoming residential upgrades and answered all of my questions with ease. If you want someone who actually knows their craft and treats you like a person, she is the only one to call."
