Closing much earlier than advertised just because they can, who cares? Imagine any business that catered to other demographic behaving this way. Update your closing hours.
Smh..Let me say 1st, that I understand that life is lifeing for everyone, meaning, everyone is in a different space in life..HOWEVER, when staff has changed so drastically in thee worst way possible, something has to be done. It saddens me because there was a time(like 15yrs+ ago)that when you walked in the store, the atmosphere was so welcoming w/good vibes. Now it's the exact opposite. I stress shop because I'm pressured to hurry. It's just all bad. But I will say this, not that color matters, she just happens to be African American young lady & a loyal employee that goes above & beyond for me EVERYTIME. It's the ONLY plus..Now, as for this store LITERALLY CLOSING 15-20mins EVERY SINGLE DAY..IT HAS TO STOP & AS LOYAL AS I AM TO THIS STORE, I GOTTA DO MY PART & FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON, BCS ITS DAMAGING THE STORES REPUTATION TERRIBLY. THIS LEAVING EARLY HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS & AS MUCH OF A INCONVENIENCE IT IS FOR CUSTOMERS, IM NOT SURE IF ITS ILLEGAL, BUT IM DEFINITLY CHECKING ON THIS...IN MY OPINION....ITS TIME FOR A 'COMPLETE REVAMP OF EMPLOYEES'.. A WHOLE NEW CREW THAT IS MORE CONCERNED WITH PROVIDING GOOD POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAN GETTING OFF RIGHT AT 8PM. NEW FACES...So.... We'll see what the next few weeks look like..There will be a follow-up Update to this...For the Regulars..Try to stay loyal as you can❤️🥰 They are definitely in a Funk..🤦😌
Very kind and generous owner. She has a vast selection of products and supplies. Everything I needed for interlocking, she had, even the Murray's beeswax! Great experience 😁 10/10
Third time I've tried to come during "business hours" and there are employees inside, lights are on, but gates are locked. The employee inside raised his hands in the "what!" gesture at 7:40, last two times it was earlier than this. Change your hours if you don't honor them. Ridiculous. UPDATE: 8:00 on the dot the whole crew comes, unlocks the gate and leaves. I asked "What time do you really close?" One woman says "7:30! If there's problem talk inside". Asked the next bunch, most of them ducked and ran, one man said "7:45, but we open at 9!" I said "really, 9? or...?" "10." He replies. Then struggled with the gate as if he was worried I'd try to overtake them. I suggested they update their hours on the sign and he nervously said, "Yes, says 9.. 9:00!" and hurried off. Newsflash: Nobody will disrespect your hours if you post them accurately. If you want to be open from 10-7 then just POST THAT. I need a certain product for an 84 year old and this was the soonest i could leave her to get here, 20 minutes before "close". Thanks, guys. You should be ashamed of yourselves. That 20 minutes you get to leave early doesn't matter, but sometimes it REALLY does to the customer that needed you to be there.
