If there's one vendor you need to hire, it's most certainly Bee for the Day! Their entire team is professional, kind, and at the same time, will feel like your go-to wedding bestie the whole planning process. By the time they arrived for the weekend (my wedding was in Cincinnati), they were already familiar and very comfortable with my vendors, venue, and church - all of whom they had never worked with before. I never worried for a second. On top of all their planning expertise, they are also the most personable ladies you'll meet. They understand tricky family dynamics and provide helpful ways to diffuse any stress that can come with this throughout the day. Their communication skills to be able to talk with all sorts of vendor personalities, strict church leaders, family members, and us as the couple, all in time crunching moments, is such a unique and impressive trait to have. They executed perfectly in every way. Special shout out to Brooke, Ali, Emmah, Erin, and Debbie!! I couldn't have brought my wedding to fruition without them (and without 95% of the stress). They are the best in the business, worth every dollar, and I think every bride who's had them as their wedding planner would say the same :) PS- can I do a vow renewal in 5 yrs just to work with you ladies again?!?? xo
Could not recommend Brooke and Bee for the Day more!! Our Bee- Erin is the BEST and made our wedding day so seamless, stress free and truly someone you trust with every single detail. Erin and the other Bees handled everything flawlessly that we were able to truly be present and enjoy every moment. From executing the vision perfectly, handling any vendor issues or even being there just to check in on the bridal party and groomsmen she went above and beyond!! Not to mention all the check ins before the wedding making sure everything was perfect. My husband and I are so thankful we hired the Bees and how special they truly made our day!! 🤍
Working with Bee for the Day was simply extraordinary. Upon first speaking with them to the final minute of our reception: Brooke, Ashley, Alison, Shae, Mary and the whole team were tremendous. With all of their amazing resources and connections based on their experience and expertise through the "hive", the guidance my daughter and I received was of immeasurable value. This being our first wedding of our five children, the task seemed overwhelming until we brought Bee for the Day on board to help with our planning strategies. Every person we spoke to at Bee for the Day was kind, warm, welcoming, professional, positive, helpful, assertive, creative and knowledgeable. And most significantly, because they were with us from start to finish on the day of the wedding, we were able to sit back and reflectively enjoy this most momentous occasion. Every little hiccup was taken care of by Ashley, Shae and Mary and having them along our side gave the greatest of comfort. We could take a breath and simply bask in the beauty and blessings of the day. My family members were amazed by the Bees! I am ever so grateful for this wonderful group of talented women and will surely plan to have them on board for future weddings. I highly recommend you sign up with the Bees!! They are the absolute BEST!!!!
If you are getting married, you NEED Bee for the Day. There is no way we would have gotten down the aisle without Brooke and Debbie helping us out every step of the way. From the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands with Brooke. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry, knows every vendor in the area, and is professional. She was always responsive and helpful regarding all the questions we had. She is so efficient and the level of detail she got down to regarding the different nuances of our timeline was remarkable. During the actual day, Brooke and Debbie ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to lift a finger. They do so many things for you that you wouldn’t think of: Tying bowties when no one in the room knows how, making last minute design and logistical changes that elevate the venue space, taking photos and videos of you, fixing hair, dress, boutonnieres, etc. All things that you would have to do on your own that day. They were so great in handling our vendors, ensuring that they were on time, and everything came together perfectly. Our venue looked amazing, and our timeline was followed so well by everyone. Probably the best part about the Bees was the level of kindness and respect that they showed us. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt loved and supported. We were their number one priority every step of the way and by the end of the night, they became family. You will not be disappointed in hiring Bee for the Day. If we had to do it all over again, they would be our first call.
Bee for the Day was one of the very first decisions I made after getting engaged in 2023. From the beginning of our relationship with Brooke and her amazing team to the end of our wedding day, there are no words to explain what Bee for the Day did for us. Every single vision I had for our wedding day was perfectly executed by Bee for the Day and the vendors they recommend and trust. We were lucky enough to become one of their design clients and my husband & I both had tears in our eyes when we saw our venue decorated for the first time. Brooke and Carol ran the show on the day of and allowed me to be completely stress free on my wedding day. I will recommend them to every bride I meet from now until forever!!
