Came in for my first pedicure. Had the honor of having Taylor servicing my appointment and it was truly the best experience ever. My girlfriend was telling me this place has the best customer service, welcoming staff, and relaxing treatments and she was not wrong. For any fellas reading this trust me go in here if you have sore muscles, legs, feet, neck the wonderful Taylor did an amazing job massaging me throughout the entire time of the pedicure, hot rocks, heat bags, hand massages, 3 different kinds of exfoliator I don’t even know what it was but it was heaven. I feel like I can run a marathon and lift a mountain the way she healed me. I’m grateful for the entire experience and if you are looking for a new place this is the right one!
I’ve been going to Bellagio nails for about 8 months consistently now and they are always fantastic! They are thorough and don’t cut corners. I’ve gotten some really awesome design work from them! I’ll share a few in the photos. Thank you Bellagio!
You couldn’t PAY me to give a bad review about this salon. I had an amazing experience start to finish. Lana did my pedicure and she was excellent, communicative, and kind. Ben applied my gel-X set. it was easily the most professional and proficient application of a gel-X set i’ve ever had done and he was very gentle on my natural nail beds (due to my picking them off prior to the appointment, don’t be like me). I will say, I have asked for this design over and over again at different salons with different techs and never not once has someone done it perfectly or even close, but you bet Ben did. I am so so grateful for this spot, truly an above and beyond experience and service and I will be back. I did promise Ben I wouldn’t pick my nails off again, but with a set like this? how could I.
Bellagio is absolutely my favorite place in Austin! I started going here about 8 months ago and I won't go anywhere else!! Nina is absolutely lovely and the whole staff is very talented. I always ask for Gel X with unique and sometimes complicated nail designs and they get me right every time and usually make it look better than whatever inspiration picture I show the staff. They are great about suggesting which color combinations and shapes go best together, and shaping them perfectly. Bellagio is also very efficient and I can get my old set removed, and a new complicated set done in roughly 2 hours. With the gel X my nails will last up to 3 weeks before they start looking rough. The pedicures are great here as well and I love the hot stone option. The ambiance here is also very relaxing and everything is very clean. The staff is very welcoming and even offer complimentary drinks! They make a great Vietnamese coffee which just makes each experience here even better. 11/10
I'm new to the area and was on the search for a nail tech that specialized in nail art. After checking out the pics of nail art here, I booked a mani with Nina and pedi with Kim. Online booking was very easy and I was able to choose a tech for each service. Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. The shop was bright, clean, aesthetically designed well and decorated for Christmas. Everyone was super sweet. I clumsily dropped the iced coffee I brought in and they replaced it with one they made that was just as delicious. Kim was very efficient with the pedi and went through the motions on auto pilot. You won't have to worry about burning your feet here because the water was very tepid, even when I requested hotter. Nina is a master at her craft. From the perfect coffin shape, smooth builder gel application and overall care of my nails, I don't need to look any further for a nail salon. I was told that the reference pic I pulled from Pinterest was AI generated and that they couldn't recreate it but Nina did. She even picked out a more complimentary brown gel color for me. I honestly can't express how happy I was when I left her chair. Prices were reasonable for the area and definitely on par for the quality mani I received. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
