Beautiful venue absolutely gorgeous at sunset. However, Rima is one of the most unpleasant people to work with she seems moody and unprofessional I was warned prior to this by others who have worked with her but I wanted this venue. I had my event here last September. I paid for unlimited sodas and water. The day of the bartenders had to text her because they weren't made aware of it. Initially she tried to charge an extra $300 to be able to set up ONLY ONE HOUR earlier which would put us up to a total of 2 hrs to prep instead of 1. Luckily she let us anyways without charging which just makes me think she wanted to squeeze out what she could from us. She insisted on having rigid serving hours for the food despite us bringing our own catering and her not even going to be there. Overall, working with her was strenuous and far from a delight. The only thing that made it worth it was that the venue was beautiful and clean when we got there. If you feel you really want this venue go for it. It really is a sight but just take this into consideration.
All I can say is ... WOW! I am impressed of how Stockton gets down! I am not from around here and everyone warned me about how bad Stockton is...so dangerous. I decided to go alone after my coworker was not able to meet me. I had a great time! People were friendly, I danced until my feet were numb, bar tenders were great and I met new friends. Thank you to those that accepted me into their group to dance and special thanks to Isela and her wonderful friends who welcomed me and showed me a great time in Stockton! Bella Vista Rooftop is worth the visit. 😉
CUIDADO: Esta fue una experiencia de almuerzo absolutamente horrible. Pedí el 'Express Lunch' Fettuccine Alfredo y la Ensalada César, $9.99. Aquí es donde todo se puso mal... Se podía saborear que la lechuga de la Ensalada César no estaba enjuagada y los croutons no solo estaban duros, sino rancios. Después de comer algo rancio, eso es lo único que se prueba. Se lo llevamos al personal, ellos ofrecieron comidas nuevas. Decidimos no aceptarlas, mencionando al personal que todo sabía a rancio y que estábamos en una pausa para el almuerzo. Además, la Fettuccine estaba un poco cruda y 5 trocitos de Focaccia por $3. Ahora lo peor... ¡ELLOS ESPERABAN QUE PAGÁRAMOS! Esto es por qué los restaurantes fracasan, chefs que no prueban su propia comida. COMIDA ANTIGUA, PASADA Y RANCIDA ESTÁ EN ESTA COCINA
El servicio es excelente; incluso el chef vino a mi mesa, y leí otras reseñas sobre el servicio, pero yo no lo veo. La calidad de mi comida fue buena; el único inconveniente que creo haber tenido es que mis fettuccine estaban un poco subcocidas. Pero en general, volveré y recomendaré este restaurante a todos. Gran ambiente, una gran colección y la lasaña es para morirse.
