This gym is so wonderful. Returning to working out after an acl tear and repair and being in my mid 40s was daunting. Michele and the team are so kind and welcoming. She started by asking my exercise history and goals and we took off from there. She makes she I get in all my muscle groups and flexes to accommodate and other pains or aches that come up. Since I’ve started I feel stronger, steadier and I have so much more energy. I get in 3 days a week and her guidance and encouragement keep me coming back. Shout out for the women’s bathroom which has everything I need and more to get ready to get to work in the morning. Highly recommend!
I’ve been training at Ben Mackie Fitness three times a week, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From day one, the gym has been welcoming, with a positive vibe that keeps me motivated and coming back consistently. The studio is clean and well-equipped, but what I like most are the trainers. They are knowledgeable and professional, and they genuinely care about your progress and well-being. They write challenging work-outs, push you in the best way, and make sure you’re using correct form, staying challenged, and building real strength and endurance. Ben Mackie is a great way to start the day!!! The sense of community here is amazing and keeps me wanting to go back— you’re not just another member; you’re part of the family! I highly recommend Ben Mackie fitness!
This is one of the best gyms I have ever been a member at. The workouts are tailor made for your level of fitness, function and flexibility are a priority and the trainer support along with encouragement from other members are what set Ben Mackie’s apart from Many other gyms. Jesse and Ben have helped me to achieve my weight loss and fitness goals and I am grateful. I highly recommend!
Ben Mackie Fitness has a great environment that is very supportive of everyone at their own fitness level. Ben is a great trainer and has helped me become much stronger and fitter. Joining BMF in 2018 was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Love Ben Mackie Fitness!! My favorite thing about workout here is the variety in workouts they offer and the one-on- one coaching. I had never tired the Pilates reformer and it's become a new favorite addition to my weekly workout! My husband and I were amazed at the difference in how we look and feel since starting!! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a personal training experience at a affordable price.
