One of the best, if not the best business, in Franklin. Honest, locally owned, considerate, and hardworking. We had a pretty complicated project and they showed up on time and did what they said they would do and then some. Communication was a breeze, and standing behind their word was evident from start to finish. He always goes above and beyond and does the job in a timely manner. He’s also very sweet and patient with my two little ones who watch and ask a lot of questions.
Gary did excellent work. He kept me informed and explained everything he was doing throughout the day. We had a kind of complex job but Gary worked with our equipment supplier and came up with a solution. I will hire Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our future commercial plumbing needs.
