We were recommended Benold’s Jewelers from 2 friends and were so happy we listened! The store is welcoming and there were many beautiful options to choose from. We worked with Rachel who was very patient with us. She was knowledgeable in the antique jewelry we brought in along with the rest of the staff. We appreciated their attention to detail and care in helping us find the best solutions for our needs. Our wedding bands are from 1891 and so many of our family members commented on how they looked brand new! Thank you to Rachel and the rest of the staff at Benold’s!
I just happen to come across Benolds when on my hunt for an engagement ring. Benolds had excellent customer service! I was helped by Hallie. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream ring. Like most people struggle with everywhere we went, they just felt like they were trying to get us to buy anything. Not this place! It was much appreciated not to feel so pressured. Hallie made finding my ring a breeze. We were so pleased with Benolds that we came back and bought our wedding bands from them too. Every time I get the chance, I make sure to mention them to family and friends. I will be making any future jewelry purchases with Benolds 100%.
