After being in a very serious car accident, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. Choosing Benson & Bingham was one of the best decisions I made. From the very beginning, they were professional, supportive, and truly cared about my well-being. My case manager, Bernadette Lazar, was incredible throughout the entire process. She kept in constant contact with me, explained everything clearly, and always made sure I felt supported. Her compassion and responsiveness made a huge difference during such a stressful time. My attorney, Jordan Kingsley, was knowledgeable, confident, and fought hard for me. He took the time to understand how serious my accident was and made sure my case was handled properly. I always felt confident knowing he had my best interests in mind. What really stood out was how Benson & Bingham handled everything from start to finish — medical coordination, insurance communication, and regular updates. Because of how severe the accident was and the damage to my vehicle, it was not an easy experience, but their guidance made it manageable. Benson and Bingham along with Michelle Rodriguez and whole staff are beyond amazing! Michelle has helped me so much! Being in an accident is already stressful and her help has made everything run smoothly. I feel lucky and blessed to have her as a case manager. Great customer service, calls back immediately, answers all my questions without any hesitation. She is so patient, caring and is always happy to help. Both of my parents were involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier this year. I called Benson and Bingham to see if they could help them out after the other individuals insurance indicated that they would not be helping my parents in any regard, they didn’t even humor the conversation. Not only did Benson and Bingham help my parents feel heard and represented but they also helped my parents receive what was rightfully theirs. Michelle Rodriguez and the rest of the team helped my parents tremendously and provided quick responses and communication to any and all questions. Would recommend them ten times over!
