Mikaela Rehmert-Fira was a terrific help throughout the entire process. From helping us decide on buying versus building to listing and selling our home, she provided thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Mikaela listened to our needs and was able to negotiate our homebuilding to help us get what we needed/wanted in our new home. She gave use plenty of tips and input during the homebuilding process and came to all of our meetings and closing with the builder. We appreciated that attentiveness very much. When it came to selling our previous home, she helped coordinate all of the painting (interior and exterior) as well as other activities to get the home ready to sell. Mikaela was on top of everything needed to list and show the home, which was under contract in less than a week thanks to all of her efforts. Throughout the closing process, she kept things moving with the buyer to make sure the closing went smoothly and on time. Communication is definitely one of Mikaela's strongest talents which is helpful in making sure her clients are never lost in the process. I’ve used Peggy twice to sell my properties. She goes above and beyond doing her job as a realtor. She was able to trades into the house to get it into the best condition possible. Peggy knows the market in Wichita well and what needs to be done to sell the property. I loved how it was to communicate with her either by phone, text, or email.
