I always had issues at this Best Buy location because the staff wasn’t as welcoming as other locations, but today Tory, was so welcoming, helpful, supportive and kind! He made sure all of my problems were taken care of and did not hesitate to assist me in a complicated transaction. I commend him for being so polite and yet so professional, he honestly went above and beyond. Thanks Tory!
I bought TVs, Google cameras and a phone. Customer service was great and answered any questions I had. They also brought the big items to my vehicle. A+
Johnny from the Geek Squad was amazing! He was very patient, kind, and extremely informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I visited the store to purchase a new laptop and left with a 75” Sony Bravia TV, Sony Soundbar and Subwoofer, a PS5 Pro and of course, a new HP laptop. There were numerous sales associates available in all departments but the showstopper was Moe Elias. I recommend him to anyone buying Home Theatre. He is very product knowledgable and also knows all the best deals. He measured my SUV for fit so I could leave the store with the items I chose and not wait a few days for the free delivery. There was a Sony rep in the store to answer all the complicated questions I had about the products. Really a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!
