I still find Best Buy to be the best place to buy appliances. Bought a dishwasher there during Covid. Just bought a new washer/dryer being delivered in two days. And their installation people are truly the best. On time....no muss, no fuss, no problems. I found price to be comparable to the others. So it really is a no-brainer.
Horrible experience with this Best Buy store agent.. I had to exchange an item for another one, and they messed up the whole process making me spend dollars out of my pocket, despite spending an hour to sort the issue. Finally manager said he will transfer the money refunded back to best buy credit card from gift card which was done wrongly But it didn’t happen as I was told, it’s 2-3 days since the issue. Now if I call the customer service they’re of no help and asking me to go back to the store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, although I never had issues with Best Buy earlier.
I have been a Best Buy customer since the 1990's in Chicago. The Mission Valley store has surpassed all my previous experiences. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable of their products. Special recognition to Joel in customer service for his professional help, very friendly attitude, and rapid resolution to my issue! I will definitely be a returning customer to this Best Buy even though I have a couple closer to my house! Thank you!
They offer app based delivery now. Which is great! Saves a trip to the store. Driver will txt or call if any of the items are out of stuck and offer alternative suitable substitute. Order arrives on time and neatly packaged. So far so good.
Francisco saved the day! We needed some equipment for a very important shoot tomorrow at the air show and he was able to help me find it quickly and recommend exactly what our team needed. This was my third camera store stop this evening to try to find what we needed and we got lucky Francisco works here because he was the exact person we needed to get the right stuff JUST in time. 10/10
