i had scheduled a pick up of a repaired laptop. The whole process of setting up the service, getting it covered by mfr warranty, and picking up the laptop after repair was smooth. i would have given 5 stars if the communication was a little better as to when the laptop arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. It took 3 days after it arrived at the store for me to find it that it was ready for pickup, only after i called to check again. Otherwise, geek squad was great in helping me out with the whole process.
I was there to pick up my Oura ring I bought online, and they're pretty efficient. It took me less than a minute 😮 that was amazing. Sebastian was fantastic; his smile never left his face, and his eye contact and energetic tone were too. It was exceptionally welcoming from the moment I walked in. The parking is nearby, so scan the user-friendly QR code, and you'll get out there fast. The first 2 hours are free. I haven't been there for a while, and it was a great experience…
I know its the holidays but every time i get followed by employees, they ask every five minutes if i need something though i told the same 3 guys no i don’t thanks I AM JUST LOOKING AROUND. When i finally did have a question (the same guy that followed me through the entire first floor) he gets all flustered and get no clear answer. (Thanks google for helping). Manager instead of wasting time hiring people who are harassing paying customers, hire some knowledgeable more welcoming staff. Walmart doesn’t even their customers the way you guys do.
This best buy store in Stevens creek has wide variety of products. Pretty organized and some good deals
One of the cleanest and most organized Best Buys I’ve ever walked into. This location feels more high-end compared to others which fits with the rest of Santana Row. I came in for a new pair of earbuds and ended up browsing the TVs and smart home section for way longer than I meant to. Staff was chill and didn’t hover, but they were right there when I needed help checking out compatibility on something. Good experience overall and just cool to see tech stuff in a nicer setup like this.
