The best Bestbuy I've ever been to (I've been to a lot)! Stellar floor staff, wonderful manager who really cares about customers and seems to enjoy her job. I had a device fail before a flight and they got me set up with a similar replacement device in time for me to catch my flight while it was off for repairs and it made a great impression on me. In other stores I would have been out of luck. Another time one of the free trial services included with an executive Chromebook I bought failed and they fixed it.
My local Best Buy; been coming here for a few years. Well-stocked, easy parking (for the Beach), fun mural, pleasant and helpful employees. Was here for Switch 2 midnight release last year, and they managed it very well and I had a lot of fun. About a year and a half ago, bought an open box TV with helpful advice from an employee after I was dissatisfied with audio latency in another TV purchase there. Didn't get extended warranty because I have never had issues making TVs or monitors last before, and unfortunately the TV, which I loved, died suddenly a few weeks ago. When I took it in, Geek Squad guy told me it was dead and not worth repair. His tech advice was sound, but then when I expressed disappointment with a TV dying just a few month out of warranty and asked if there were other solutions I could pursue, he started lecturing me on capitalism and planned obsolescence. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there were any other solutions, and Kim, the manager, was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. She listened very patiently and was very understanding about my experience while also calmly making Best Buy's position clear, and ended up working out a small discount on another TV for me. Her associate, Gissell, did an excellent job helping me find the new TV, and also had excellent customer service skills that made me feel welcome and appreciated. This time, I bought the extended warranty, and both ladies were patient and helpful in choosing the most reasonable option that still provided the coverage I want. Overall, in spite of some tech dying early (buy the warranty!), and some tone-deafness from one associate, the overall excellent customer service from employees like Kim and Gissell, along with the clean atmosphere, easy parking, good management for events like Switch 2 release (THIS store had enough consoles for just about everybody on day 1, by the way, even without a reservation!), and good stocking, all keep me coming back here for my tech purchases.
Satisfied with service, bought MacBook there and it was delivered within 1 hour. Best Buy is the best for electronics
This Best Buy in South Beach (5th Avenue) is honestly a great spot. The store is very nice, with a wide selection of electronics at really good prices — probably some of the best deals you’ll find around here. I really like that they have the Apple Shop, Samsung, and Geek Squad inside, so it makes it super convenient if you need help or specific products. The vibe of the store is modern and clean, and I personally enjoy coming here. Most of the time, I’ve had good experiences with the staff, especially at the Apple section where they really know their stuff. That said, since it’s usually busy, sometimes it takes a while to get someone to help you, and I’ve seen a few mix-ups with orders or delays on deliveries. It’s not perfect, but honestly the prices and product variety make up for it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Best Buy if you’re in Miami Beach — just bring a little patience, but you’ll leave happy with what you find.
Large Best Buy location in the heart of famous Miami Beach, Florida. Throughout the store, lots of heavy promotions on the latest cell phones, computers, tablets, power banks, cables, and an entire aptly named "Geek Squad" department, dedicated to in-house customer computer repair. Nice aesthetic outside with a "street-style" mural, painting adjacent the entrance.
