Courteous, Helpful, and Efficient. Store is nicely stocked and clean. Really like the Garage Type Parking, especially during inclement or extremely hot/cold weather days.
Recently shop this Best Buy for a new desktop computer. Worked with Richard M. who walked me through the details and educated me on what would come with the computer and what would not. He even showed me a computer with a faster processor for more money but told me based on my described needs there was no reason to spend the extra money. This stands out to me as great customer service. Took my computer home knowing I made an educated purchase. Thank you.
I’m really disappointed in Best Buy. I’ve paid almost $300 to have my TV mounted and I’ve waited all day for a status on when the agent was coming. The agent never came. I’ve called Geek Squad twice and they can’t even find the agent. I called the number they gave for the agent and it was to a call center and not directly to the agent. That’s the game they play to not take responsibility. I’ve asked to talk to the manager at Best Buy and stayed on for an hour for the service rep to essentially say “what can I do to get you off my phone cause my manager is too busy and need to help other customers.” I have yet to get a call back from the manager and I’m honestly ready to never deal with them again. Not only did they not assist me they hung up on me when I called and said I had a complaint. We’ll see how the BBB will handle this
There are a plethora of associates in this store (1055 Metropolitan Ave. Charlotte NC.. visited Saturday11/8/25 around 3PM), but it's amazing how they didn't know much at all about a concern I had regarding a product they sell. I actually went to Walmart afterwards and the gentleman at the register knew more than all the ones I engaged with at Best Buy. I was shocked, because this Walmart clerk wasn't even at an electronics store! The young hispanic man in Best Buy at the register with the curly black hair wasn't much help. Exclaiming how pretty much no one in the store knew about a product on their shelf. When I asked him if I could spk to his manager, he called him, but he didn't come up front. He told me that his manager advised that I look up some information on the website. Huh? Im in the store now! I left the counter and when I looked back he was on his mobile. Go figure. A young hispanic woman tried to help to the best of her ability and I appreciated her. But she was doing the same thing I was doing. The sweet and petite Caucasian lady greeting everyone as they entered the store was amazing and she did take the time to look up some information for me. Major kudos to her! Times have certainly changed. I won't be back unless I DO NOT need any associate's assistance.
Happened to be running errands in the area and my husband needed to replace his screen protector on his iPhone so he popped in as I finished my shopping nearby. The staff is really friendly at this Best Buy location and they are ready to help with products (they have great knowledge of their merchandise)! Heather in Geek Squad as well as KC were very helpful in getting my husband’s new screen protector done! The phone looked amazing! Like brand new! This store is packed with electronic goods. They have a vast selection of everything for the home that you can imagine. We were really impressed. I highly recommend this store!
