I signed up a few weeks back and I’m having a wonderful time with Best Day Fitness! Chris Is a very insightful owner & very knowledgeable about the human body & muscle structure! The 3-D body scan is next level along with secondary trainer- Mayes - The team at Best Day Fitness makes every day my best day. I’m learning great balance, muscle control, & techniques each time I go >and get my fill of personal training especially over the age of 50whom just started
I have been visiting and working with Chris since 2006. He is unbelievably talented extremely smart and only concerned with your well-being. Best Trainer ever.
I had a groin injury over a year ago which was grossly affecting my mobilization and causing constant, severe pain. Working as an RN, my day to day was miserable to say the least. My massage therapist Brian hooked me up with Chris at Best Day and between the two of them, they healed me and took away 99% of my pain! Of coarse my participation had a lot to do with my healing, but overall i would give Chris and Best Day 10 stars if i could!
If you are looking for a place to workout, train clients, or grow really any wellness business then look no further. Best Day Fitness has trully been a gift to me and my business. The owner Chris is not only a great trainer, but the most go-getter, supportive, and optimistic person I now know. As an entrepreneur, Best Day offers very low overhead, supportive team with a referral system, and overall good vibes and welcoming atmosphere. I am currently utilizing the space as a Physical Therapist and every single one of my patients, young or old, have mentioned how much they love the gym space and the atmosphere the team provides. While not required, it is recommended to be barefoot in Best Day and funny enough my patients all kick off their shoes coming in as if its a dojo with little hesistation. My hopes is that this review is read by anyone looking to grow their business and feeling stuck so they can find the place they've been searching for all along.
This is such a great space. My company Weapon Brand had a self-defense class there, and it worked out perfectly for our needs. It is clean, bright, the people who run it are lovely, and the trainers there are all very nice. We would definitely use the space again and recommend it to anybody looking for flexible space.
