I am a first time buyer that has been trying to buy a home for a long time. relocate from South California to Sacramento and applied for a mortgage loan with a big bank that I do business for over 20 years. the bank work with a real estate company were you can chose a real estate agent from the web site. So I like that because was a referral from the bank. I contact a feel agent from the list talk to then but did not work out for me. I decided to try one more time choosing this time Lorena. long story short Lorena was my guard angel from the start to finish! she does not help me get just my home she help me get also the loan with a different mortgage company. She is very knowledgeable in negotiating with the seller, mortgage broker, home inspection and profissional. I can not tell you enough how grateful I am to Lorena for helping getting my home! I will be referring Lorena to everybody I know and is on the market to buy or sell a home! Thank you Lorena Perez!

Working with Matthew Neischalk as my (buyer's) agent was a very nice experience. He is very professional yet very friendly. His manner and his knowledge in home buying helped me to build trust in him as my agent from the beginning of the process. He is very easy to communicate and always available. James was the buyer’s agent who helped us make the move from the East Coast to the West Coast in the summer of 2025. While visiting family in 2024, my husband and I began to consider relocating to Sacramento. James was kind enough to spend a day showing us homes in various neighborhoods, knowing that it would be some time before we would be ready to buy. He kept in touch over the following year in a respectful manner (never pushy, always pleasant). When it came time to buy, we were still on the East Coast, so James took us on several private virtual tours and then handled all the inspections, negotiations, and closing details when we found the “right” property. We never thought we would purchase a home “sight unseen,” but James made it all seem easy. He listens, he cares, and he takes the time to get to know his clients. Thanks to James’s efforts and skills, we are enjoying our new home in sunny Sacramento.
