maurice is by far the best, hardest working, and most knowledgeable carpet cleaning technician we've ever had. he's friendly, very thorough, and pays attention to every little detail—super professional too. always explains everything really well and makes the process easy. we've been using this carpet cleaning service for decades, and our carpets still look amazing, even the white ones my mom picked out years ago. every time there are spills or accidents, the team comes through and gets our carpets looking fresh again. maurice is truly one of the top people they have, always doing an excellent job. i highly recommend getting their yearly contract—it's totally worth it and keeps your carpets looking like new!
