Juliana was our day-of-coordinator for the reception, and she did an amazing job exceeding our expectations. Prior to the wedding, we communicated several times via Zoom, phone, and email to discuss the color scheme, decor ideas, linen choices, and more. She even attended our venue’s food tasting to show us centerpiece options, and we decided to rent additional items from her at a reasonable cost. Her designs were simple yet elegant and helped us save hundreds of dollars on florals. Juliana also joined our final details meeting with the venue coordinator to help plan the layout and table settings. A couple of days before the wedding, Juliana let us drop off our decorations and late-night snack bar supplies. We only gave her a general idea of how we wanted things arranged, and she executed everything beautifully, adding creative touches that went beyond our expectations. During the cocktail hour, she assisted with our photoshoot after quickly setting up all the tables and decorations. Throughout the reception, she kept us on track and ensured everything ran smoothly. She even made sure we were eating, despite us constantly leaving our sweetheart table to greet guests! At the end of the night, she carefully packed everything for us to take home. We’re so thankful for Juliana’s professionalism and care. She truly made our most important day stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend!
I’m so glad I went with Juliana as my wedding planner. Her pricing was very reasonable compared to many other planners in Southern California. During the wedding planning process, I went through a major career change, moved, and was in the middle of buying another property all while my husband was deployed. Through it all, Juliana kept me on track with everything that needed to be done. Even when I fell behind, she always followed up and made sure tasks were completed. She was never rude, just firm in the best way, which I really appreciated and needed. Whenever I was in California, she was always willing to meet up to go over questions or details. Since I was planning from out of state, her availability was a huge help, she answered most of my calls right away, and if she missed one, she always called back within 30 minutes. On my wedding day, I felt like I didn’t have to worry about much. The only real challenge was dealing with the venue, and fitting our late night snack (the in n out truck on the premises) as the venue was being difficult, but Juliana handled almost all communication with them and made sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner she was organized, reliable, and genuinely cared about making sure our day turned out perfect.
