“Big Willy” Outstanding service great customer service and explained if we had any questions we had been shopping around for a couple of weeks . Big Willy Was able to work with us about delivery and delivery date and his team even picked up our old couches which was a great help. Delivery 🚚 was great they made sure everything worked and everything was 👍 good. Would recommend Thank you Love our new recliners and the material
Great sales man by the name of Ivarin (sorry if I misspelled) helped me out today. I came in and told him what I was willing to spend and he hooked me up with something really nice and told me he will have it delivered by the end of the day! I’m very appreciative for his great customer service!!
I needed to replace my mattresses and decided after visiting their showroom to purchase from these guys. JB was my salesman and very helpful and patient since I’m an analytical type buyer. They gave me an amazing deal on a BeautyRest Black Queen L Class mattress and put me over the top to pull the trigger with their 0% interest for 12 months. They’re good place to buy a mattress - ask for JB (aka the Rainmaker), he’ll treat you right. The picture shows what I purchased
I purchased a bedroom set from Bi-Rite Furniture in Houston, Texas on October 27, 2025. I’m a truck driver and rarely home, so the bed was barely used — I slept on it maybe four times. When I came home for Thanksgiving, the bed had collapsed by the headboard. Not even a month old and already broken, which shows the quality is extremely poor. When I called the furniture department for help and a replacement, the supervisor was extremely rude. Instead of helping, he told me I had to pay extra money to fix their defective furniture, or I would just be stuck with it. He even hung up on me during the conversation. As a paying customer, this experience was completely unacceptable. Terrible quality, terrible service, and zero accountability. I want other buyers to be aware before spending their hard-earned money here
We went to Bi Rite for a mattress for my son moving in his first apartment. Tavo greeted us and patiently helped us get the perfect mattress and with his help we were able to get the living room furniture as well! Delivery was just as quick and professional. They arrived earlier than delivery time, in and out with a quick set up! We want to thank everyone involved with assisting us in a smooth moving process!😀 Oh yeah couch is doggie approved 😂
