I just absolutely love this company, Ms. Sandy is the sweetest lady and very reliable. Every time I need her for parties she’s always there! Great hostess at times too! She makes sure everything is done right and the parties come together wonderful with the cool bounce houses she has to choose from.
Ordered one of their bounce houses last weekend for a birthday party and was highly impressed. They were professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Also, the material was of high quality. We had a grand ol time! I will definitely be using them again!
I highly, highly recommend this company! Sandy and her crew are so kind and friendly! The prices are amazing and the customer service and communication is above and beyond. The delivery/set-up was fast and efficient and everything was done safely. Would give 10 stars if I could! Will definitely be using them again!
Big Bounce & Slide City have brought slides to our events for over a year! Always professional, on time and with a customer service style that makes you feel like family. The online reservation system is so easy to navigate and Sandy is prompt to confirm. She is kind and takes care of her customers. We are so blessed by her!!
