Recently, I organised a 40th birthday (and had the pleasure to attend). Jhelly & Rebekah were amazing! Not only did they provide an amazing experience, the bull was a hit! Thank you so much for your hard work and help in making the night a success!
I have been waiting 5 months for my $1,000 deposit to come back to me. Greg and Rebecca have ignored all of my calls and email. On the rare occasion I can get hold of someone they say they will refund my deposit that night. I spent $2,000 on a hire for an event back in August and all I want is my security deposit back.
terrible delivery was 8 hours early and they refused to come back at my requested time as I wasn't home to take it in and am still trying to get refund of 700 dollars after 4 emails and 2 unanswered phone calls aa I never got to use the inflatable because they refused to come back later on
Called in several times over a few days, couldn't get a hold of any sales person after I had another company cancel on me, and found reception staff to be quite rude when asking for information about services...
