The Big League Roofing team were amazing! We had tremendous wind damage from the most recent windstorm. The roof specialist actually joined the insurance agent on the day of the inspection to make sure they both worked together well. I was given an approval from the insurance agent in front of the roofing specialist. Our roofing specialist, Ken, had our quote, date of product arrival, and work day scheduled within two hours of him leaving… and gave me his phone number so we could stay in constant communication. It was amazing having a single point of contact who managed the entire process for us and was fully accessible the entire time. From date of inspection to work being done was less than a week. Couldn’t be happier with the whole Big League Roofing team! Thank you!
There are so many reasons why I continue to use Big League Roofers but the number one reason is their customer service. I recently had my gutters cleaned and the person who cleaned my gutters pulled back a gutter guard too aggressively and exposed the wood and underlayment below. He tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. I knew I had to make the call to Big League Roofers to get someone who I trusted to hopefully fix the issue. And again they came out and did just that. Jose came out the following day to diagnose my repair and two days later it was complete, and with pictures. Thank you again Jose! My great experience with their customer service, good communication, and fair pricing means I'm going to keep on giving Big League Roofers my business.
Can't say enough about the great job these guys did. Their team was easy to work with, responsive, and they did an excellent job on the new roof. Jack and Larry were the two I worked with and who I would highly recommend. Give this company a look if in the market for a new roof on your house.
