Nice clean store and friendly staff. Had a very expensive ring made by Tri and it looks very nice. One thought to share is it would be nice to receive an " Article of Description" to share the details of the jewelry itself, gold weight, diamond weight, clarity value, etc. Most jewelers do this ( even Costco) and helps the buyer understand all the key aspects of the purchase.....and share with loved ones.
Great place to go and get taken care of! Had a last minute repair I needed on a necklace THE DAY OF AN EVENT. Everything was super easy and the turnaround was phenomenal. My onyx necklace looks great! No need to go anywhere else for repairs - this spot is the best!
I had an incredible experience at Billie's Custom Jewelers. I needed a letter engraved on a 14k gold-plated brass pendant and was looking for a shop that could handle it quickly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. They were able to perform a beautiful, precise laser engraving on my personal item, and the best part is that they completed it on the same day. The work is top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. If you're looking for quality work, especially with a tight deadline, this is definitely the place to go. I'm so happy with the result and will be back for any future jewelry needs.
I went to Tri to have my 32 year old wedding ring redone. I had some ideas & Tri was very helpful & accommodating in the design process. I love my new rings, in which I was able to incorporate all of the diamonds & gold from the original set. I appreciate how he went above & beyond to customize the rings to my specifications. Thank you Tri! I will enjoy wearing my updated wedding set for another 30 years!
