Awesome Adelaide family company. We had a major termite infestation, they came gave us a very reasonable quote. They don't rip you off just give the right advice, always prompt & we had a bait, spraying & traps set up. The destroyers were Destroyed & we able to rebuild Their professional employees are great. I chose BioPest Control based on their 5 star reviews plus they are a family run local business rather than a multi-national one. They lived up to their 5 star reputation. We had a termite infestation inside our home. They dealt with these, surrounded our home with a ring of bait stations and dealt with with what they believed was the source, a termite mound located on a neighbouring property. Their technician was very dedicated and returned two weeks on to check if the termites were gone (they were) but noticed the termite mound was still active so arranged to come back and dig out and spray the mound which he did successfully - all for the same price as quoted. BioPest Control are pleasant people to deal with, very professional, knowledgable, caring and very very competitively priced. My wife and I are confident we are protected with their termite defence system in place and quarterly inspections (BTW the first 12 months built into the price). It should be noted their ongoing service fee for inspections is well below current market rates - so very good value and a good investment to protect our property. I also appreciated the phone call from their MD, to thank us for the business and ask if we were satisfied. That signals to me a service company that understands 'service'. In summary, some folk only judge a service on 'knowing the price of everything and the value of nothing' - you get what you pay for. Long after the price is forgotten, the quality remains. I highly recommend you consider this business for your pest control needs.
I am very happy with the job provided by Bio pest . Dean contacted me for quote and next day job was booked and completed to 100% of my satisfaction. They also do 6 inspection for next 12 mounts after termite treatment with the follow ups. Highly recommenced. Easy to communicate, not a wastes time. Will use again. Ivan
